General Shipping Information: 

All orders ship from Delish R Us warehouse which is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Received and accepted orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

All orders are processed on business days, which are defined as Sunday through Thursday.

Transit times are also based on business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, and our shipping partners do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

What shipping options are available?

We try to offer our customers the most efficient and affordable shipping options throughout our favorite coureiers to get your favorite candy shipped and/or delivered to your door. The following are your options:

• RedBox - The most affordable option. Collect your package from Redbox within 1-5 business days. Your package will be stored for collection up to 48 hours from depository. Don’t wait for drivers to deliver your packages! Instead, use RedBox lockers to collect them at your convenient time. No human contact!

• Aramex - Door to door delivery. Your package will be delivered to you within 1-6 business days.

• Barq Express - A chilled door to door delivery. Usually delivered within 1-8 business days.

• DHL Express - Worldwide delivery option within 2-5 business days.

• Receive Here (Saudi Post - SPL) - Worldwide delivery option within 3-8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do via DHL Express and Receive Here (Saudi Post - SPL).

Be advised that customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the order at the time of delivery and these will be collected by the shipping company.

Below is a rough estimate on how much the international shipping fees cost:

Customs

Customers may be required to pay customs fees when receiving foreign shipments.

Delish R Us unfortunately has no control over any fees/taxes levied by your country's government.

We are by law unable to undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift" and therefore cannot fulfill any such requests to do so.

All orders are marked as "Merchandise" with the full value of contents written on an invoice attached to the outside of the parcel.

We are unfortunately unable to put invoice documents inside parcels, or ship orders without an invoice.

Please be aware of the matter before placing any orders.

Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs inspection.

Delish R Us cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during the inspection.

Shipment Tracking

Online tracking is available for all shipping methods.

Please note that online tracking status may not always be up to date.

Delish R Us has no control over the delivery of parcels and we are therefore unfortunately unable to answer any questions relating to parcel delivery status. Please contact your local office for more information.

Returns

All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

However, there are some cases in which local postal services may return your parcel to Delish R Us warehouse because of it being unclaimed, failure to pay import fees, etc. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

In such case, a reshipment fee is required. Our shop will be unable to cover it, therefore we will require that the customer pay for it. Please note that items will be re-shipped in the same condition as they are returned to our warehouse. Postage fees for initial delivery are non-refundable.

Do you offer free shipping?

Remember the old saying, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch?” Well, there’s no such thing as free shipping either. While other websites may offer free shipping, it’s not really free. It’s built into the cost of the product, and to be honest that’s not fair.

At Delish R Us, we pride ourselves on having the lowest prices on all your favorite candy and we charge a fixed rate and never tack on surcharges or handling fees. We don’t inflate our item cost just to say we offer free shipping - it’s what sets us apart from our competitors and allows us to be transparent with our customers on what the real cost of shipping is. So go ahead, compare our prices with those “free shipping” offers from our competitors… we’ll welcome your order!

What do I do if my order arrived something is missing?

All claims of order shortage must be reported within 48 hours of package being delivered. You must contact us at +966 (0) 570702003 / [email protected] within that timeframe so we can review the pulling and packing videos and report our findings. Any shortage claims not made within 48 hours is a void claim. 

Where’s my order? It hasn’t arrived yet!

Oh no! First thing, check your email for the confirmation you received once your order shipped. You will find it contains a tracking number that you can use to track your package. You’ll be able to track the progress of your order from the time it left our warehouse until it’s out for delivery by your friendly couriers' delivery person.

If your tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors, or if you live in an apartment, check your building office. If you still can’t find your package, please call us at +966 (0) 570702003 / [email protected] so we can have a trace put on your package.

Should I order chocolate and gummy candy during the hot summer?

Simply put… no! Chocolate, gummies, meltable candy and warm temperatures just don’t go well together and to be honest with you, we don’t want you to order these types of sweets during these months.

Any candy you order is subject to melting, and even more so in the summer. While our huge candy warehouse is climate controlled, delivery trucks are not. Neither is the porch the delivery driver is going to leave your order on a hot July/August afternoon.

If you think it’s hot enough that your candy will arrive melted, chances are it will! We do not offer refunds or credit for any candy that arrives melted. So, order wisely.
